1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dynasty Notes platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Dynasty Notes is a relationship intelligence and strategic networking app designed to help individuals and professionals manage contact information, interactions, and personal insights. The Service includes free and paid features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Subscription, Payment Terms & Usage Rights

We offer both free and paid subscription plans.

  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
  • By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
  • You may manage your subscription through the account settings.

We reserve the right to modify pricing or features with reasonable notice.

5A. Fair Use and Feature Usage Limits

Some plan features are labeled as “fair use” on our Pricing page. These features are subject to usage limits designed to ensure stable service performance and equitable distribution of system resources across all users.

Examples include (but are not limited to):

  • AI Smart Planning
  • Cold Contact Reconnect Automation

These features may have daily or monthly usage caps, such as limits on the number of AI-generated insights or reconnect drafts available per user. Limits may vary by subscription tier and may be adjusted over time based on performance, usage patterns, system capacity, or business needs.

We reserve the right to apply rate limits or restrict access to fair‑use features in situations including (but not limited to):

  • platform abuse
  • unusually high consumption
  • activity that materially exceeds normal usage patterns for a given subscription tier

Use of the Service constitutes agreement to these fair use parameters.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 14-day refund policy on first-time purchases for Dynasty Standard and Dynasty Elite plans. Full details can be found in our Refund Policy.

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in the Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Upload or transmit malware or malicious code
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, spam, or exploit others
  • Copy or distribute proprietary content without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We may use or integrate third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Google Analytics, RankMath, Invoiless). These services may collect data according to their own policies.

We are not responsible for the performance, privacy, or actions of any third-party service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including logos, designs, software, and trademarks, is the property of Chell Brown LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chell Brown LLC, Marketing and Sales Help, and all affiliates are not liable for:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits
  • Inaccuracies or bugs in the platform
  • Errors by third-party integrations
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • User-generated content or user actions

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chell Brown LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for behavior deemed harmful to the platform, other users, or our business.

13. Email Communication

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional and promotional emails from us. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. Any disputes must be resolved in a court located in Middlesex County, MA.
