We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund for new subscribers on paid plans.


💸 Who’s Eligible for a Refund?

  • ✅ You are eligible for a full refund if:
    • You are a first-time purchaser of a paid plan (Dynasty Standard or Dynasty Elite), and
    • You request your refund within 14 days of your initial payment.
  • 🗓️ This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

Refunds Do Not Apply To:

  • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual).
  • Upgrades from one paid plan to another (e.g., Standard to Elite).
  • Users who previously canceled and resubscribed.
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service.

📍 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log into your account and visit the Stripe Billing Portal via your Settings > Manage Subscription link.
  2. Use the portal to initiate a refund request, or contact us at

We typically process refunds within 5-7 business days.

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store any payment details directly on our servers.
